The Pandemic and International Students in the Private Rental Sector

This article is based on a survey of international students that closed in early December 2019 and 11 in-depth interviews. It shows that even before the pandemic and subsequent lockdown, a sizeable proportion of international students in the private rental sector were in a precarious situation.
